Because we know that it is never very pleasant to add additional costs to an order, at Babashopcenter, the cost of delivery in Metropolitan France can be reduced, each seller is free to make or not the free offer delivery for its customers.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

Each seller on Babashopcenter is responsible for their warranty contract towards their customers. And to simplify your after-sales procedures, we can process your requests directly in store. Please note: Damage linked to natural wear and tear of your product or resulting from non-recommended use is not covered by the extended warranty. All returns under your warranty are made directly with your product seller.

PRODUCT RETURN

The Buyer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of their entire order. The right of withdrawal available to the Buyer relates to the entire order and not to a partial return of Products. In accordance with article L.121-21-8.3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised regarding personalized Products. The Buyer will inform Babashopcenter or the seller of his product of his decision to withdraw by sending him, before the expiration of the aforementioned period, a return slip or any other unambiguous declaration, expressing his desire to withdraw by Postal to: Babashopcenter 14 Impasse François Guizot le Tampon  La Réunion.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, to request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Babashopcenter recommends that the Customer return the package by choosing a delivery method with tracking (example: Colissimo tracking). It is also recommended that the customer take out insurance, depending on the value of the returned products. When the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, to request an exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will take place no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which Bababshopcenter was informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw.

SECURE PAYMENT

When you place your order on Babashopcenter.com, you enter a 100% secure area. Financial information (credit card number, due date, etc.) will be sent directly by secure bank transaction. The data is encrypted and never passes unencrypted over the network. Babashopcenter does not have access to your bank details. This is why you will be asked for them for each new transaction on our site.

We offer you the opportunity to pay in several installments with our partner Paypal: in 3 installments with your credit card, visa, or mastercard. This payment in 3 installments is available for all orders over €90 and up to €2000. To date, the Paypal solution is only available to customers with a bank card issued in France - both "classic" consumer bank cards and professional cards.

The validity date of the card must be 2 months later than the date of your order. The cardholder must match the personal information entered.
